Riseria Cremonesi is the most innovative of white rice producers, taking the very best of the Italian rice tradition and attempting to extend it beyond those limited areas in the country where it has long been part of the local diet (the areas of origin of the product, such as the Lombardia, Piemonte, Veneto and Emilia Romagna regions).
Now that the company has achieved excellence in terms of product quality, Riseria Cremonesi has also turned its attention to innovative packing, communication and customer service, in order to reach out to new market segments.
The packaging has been renewed in collaboration with the Faculty of Agricultural and Food Sciences of the University of Milan and the Institute of Entomology of the University of Piacenza. Their highly innovative technical knowledge regarding the shelf life of rice was placed at the complete disposal of Riseria Cremonesi, allowing the company to perfect a technological development system known as “packaging in a protective atmosphere”, designed to safeguard the consumer.
